I walked around Bed, Bath and Beyond and Kohls for 10 minutes at a very leisurely pace. I also did-
5 lb weights:
man are those heavy
2 sets of 20 reps of bicep curls
2 sets of 20 reps of over the head things
2 lb weights
2 sets of 20 reps of armpit fat buster things (that sounds gross lol)
Zacko (9 lbs)
1 rep of 20 (10 with him facing one way and 10 with him facing the opposite way)
