I did lunges and squats and weird snowboarding type things Ken told me to do. I did some with my arms and abs. 15 minutes. I also decided to take measurements:
weight: 139 lbs (end of day no clothes)
Bust: 35 inches
Waist: 28 inches
Hips (widest part): 39 inches
Belly Button measurement: (across my belly button): 31 inches
