Day 4
I almost forgot to exercise today. It was my day off but I was busy/lazy. I did 10 minutes of yoga and old school calisthenics. Done. Now to make some pineapple coconut fro-yo with yogurt that I made.
I'm blogging about decorating and improving my 75 year old house, and animals, and food, and anything else that catches my eye. Also my daily goings ons and random observations.
